1. Certificate of incorporation/registration and Memorandum & Articles of Association

2. A resolution passed by the Board of Directors authorizing its personnel to enter into transactions/agreements and to open and operate bank accounts on its behalf, their names and specimen signature(s)

3. PAN Card of the company

4. Latest telephone/electricity bill or bank account statement and a cancelled cheque

5. An officially valid document (PAN, passport, driving license, Voter’s identity card, Aadhaar Card)

Identify the directors, employees, and persons authorized for such transactions and their addresses

1. Recent Photograph of all partners

2. PAN Card copies of all partner

3. KYC Documents of all partners (Aadhaar / passport / DL /  Voter's ID card etc..)

4. Pan card of registered partnership deed

5. Authorised Signatory List

6. Utility bill, which is not more than two months old, of any service provider (electricity, water, piped gas, postpaid mobile, telephone bill) of registered partnership

7. Power of attorney granted to attorney holder to transact on its behalf

8. Registration certificate

1. Recent Photograph of all trustees

2. PAN Card Copies of all trustees

3. KYC Documents of all trustees (passport / DL / Voter's ID card etc.)

4. PAN card of trust 

5. Trust Deed

6. Utility bill, which is not more than two months old, of any service provider (electricity, water, piped gas, postpaid mobile, telephone bill) of trust

7. Power of attorney granted to attorney holder to transact on its behalf if any

8. Registration certificate & MOA

2. KYC documents of All Authorised Signatories (Aadhaar / DL / Passport / Voter ID etc.)

3. PAN card of all authorised Signatories

4. PAN card of entity 

5. Deed

6. Utility bill, which is not more than two months old, of any service provider (electricity, water, piped gas, postpaid mobile, telephone bill) of trust

7. Power of attorney granted to attorney holder to transact on its behalf if any

8. Registration certificate

9. Board Resolution of the managing body
   

1. Passport with a valid visa

2. Overseas employment letter (optional for confirmation of residential status and overseas address)

 3. A PIO card to establish Indian origin, if it is a foreign passport

4. PAN card

5. A local address proof, if different from the passport address (anyone)

6. Tax Residency Certificate from the Income Tax department of the country of which the investor is a resident

7. Copy of the passport as of the beginning of the current financial year and end of the financial year

1. Recent Photograph of the proprietor

2. KYC Documents of all partners (Aadhaar / passport / DL /  Voter's ID card etc..)

3. PAN card of proprietor

4. Any 2 of the below-mentioned documents of Sole Proprietorship:

• Registration certificate 

• Certificate/license issued by the municipal authorities under Shop and Establishment Act

•  GST or Income tax returns 

• GST certificate (provisional/ final) 

• Certificate/registration document issued by Professional Tax Authorities 

• License/certificate of practice issued in the name of the proprietary concern by any professional   body incorporated under a statute 

• Complete Income Tax Return (not just the acknowledgment) in the name of the sole proprietor where the firm's income is reflected, duly authenticated/acknowledged by the Income Tax authorities 

• Importer-Exporter Code issued by Directorate General of Foreign Trade 

• Utility bill, which is not more than two months old, of any service provider (electricity, water, piped gas, postpaid mobile, telephone bill)
